You can easily cancel your recurring delivery yourself in your customer account at any time with immediate effect. Simply log in with your e-mail address, select your box and end the regular delivery.
Please note:
- Only you or authorized persons can cancel contracts that are in your first and last name.
- Orders that have already been triggered can still be canceled up to one day after the debit. If this is desired, please specify in the comment field.
- In order for us to stop your regular deliveries, please enter your e-mail address in the contact form, with which you have ordered from us.
- If you have any further questions, you can also send us an e-mail ([email protected]) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
