What is the shelf life of the dishes?

The dishes can be kept in the freezer for at least 3 months.

How are the dishes reheated?

You can easily heat our dishes (even when frozen) in a pan or microwave at 600 watts. It usually takes 7-9 minutes until they are fully heated.

Alternatively, you can also heat it up in the oven. Preheat the oven to 150° C. Prick the lid foil 2-3 times with a fork. Heat the frozen food on the middle shelf (fan oven 30-35 minutes, top/bottom heat 35-40 minutes, depending on the power of the oven). Then remove the foil and enjoy.

You can heat the dishes in the steamer for 15 minutes at 125 degrees.

Can I store the dishes in the refrigerator?

The dishes can easily be stored unopened in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
