What makes prepmymeal food so special?

Only fresh, natural and high-quality ingredients are used for our dishes. In addition, all dishes are completely free of added sugar, flavor enhancers, preservatives and artificial additives. From vegan, lactose-free and ketogenic dishes - we have them all in our range. In this way, we ensure that we help you eat a healthy, balanced diet that is exactly according to your priorities and preferences

Where do your ingredients come from?

All our ingredients are freshly processed and sourced from selected suppliers.

When & how do you deliver?

Our dishes are shipped with DPD Express throughout Germany from Tuesday to Saturday. They will be delivered on the day of your choice between 8 am and 5 pm.

In Austria the meals are also delivered by DPD Express from Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

In Switzerland, delivery is made by CH-Express from Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

If you're not at home on the day of delivery, that's no problem - we use dry ice to ensure that the meals are still frozen for up to 48 hours after they leave the freezer. So you can simply issue a drop-off authorization in advance and your parcel will be left at your specified location.

Our dishes

What is the shelf life of the dishes?

In the freezer, our dishes have a shelf life of at least 3 months.

If you prefer to store them in the refrigerator, they will keep there for 3-4 days.

How do I heat the dishes?

You can easily heat our dishes (even when frozen) in the microwave or frying pan. It usually takes 7-9 minutes until they are fully heated.

Alternatively, you can also heat it up in the oven. Preheat the oven to 150° C. Prick the lid foil 2-3 times with a fork. Heat the frozen food on the middle shelf (fan oven 30-35 minutes, top/bottom heat 35-40 minutes, depending on the power of the oven). Then remove the foil and enjoy.

You can heat the dishes in the steamer for 15 minutes at 125 degrees. 

What ingredients do you use?

Our dishes do not contain any additives. We deliberately avoid artificial additives, flavor enhancers, preservatives and added sugar to offer our customers healthy dishes with top nutritional values. 

Are your dishes suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes, because many of our dishes are lactose- or gluten-free. Especially among the vegan dishes or those that are composed according to the principle of the Paleo diet, some are included, which are ideal for people with intolerances.

Where are your dishes cooked?

Our delicious and healthy dishes are cooked by selected partners. We pay particular attention to the standards and quality of our partners and chefs.

How many servings are there in a dish?

One of our dishes corresponds to one portion and is therefore designed for one person. If you are only a little hungry, the dish is also easily enough for two people.

Where can I see the individual nutritional values of the dishes?

You can see the exact nutritional values by clicking on the picture of each dish. 

Packing and shipping

How do you deliver?

Our dishes are sent throughout Germany and Austria by DPD Express and in Switzerland by CH-Express. You can order them on a day of your choice and they will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm.

If you are not going to be home, you can simply give a drop-off permission in advance and your package will be dropped off at your specified location. That way, you can look forward to your delicious meals when you get home.

You can also have the delivery delivered to a DPD parcel store. We do not currently deliver to DHL parcel stations.

How are the dishes packaged?

The dishes are delivered in a cold-insulated, recyclable cardboard box, which is fitted with sustainable insulating packaging made from recycled paper. This insulation can be disposed of in the paper garbage can. The packaging of the dishes is also made of recyclable cardboard.

When do you deliver?

In Germany, we deliver from Tuesday to Saturday and the dishes are delivered between 8 am and 5 pm.

In Austria, we deliver from Tuesday to Friday and the dishes are also delivered between 9 am and 5 pm.

In Switzerland, delivery is made by CH-Express from Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.

How are the dishes cooled?

Our frozen dishes are cooled with dry ice, which guarantees optimal cooling during transport. 

Please do not touch the dry ice, it is best to let the sachets evaporate in the sink or similar.

Regular deliveries

Can I also place a one-time order?

Yes, you can choose between a one-off and a flexible regular delivery. Before you place your dishes in the shopping cart, you will find a selection option at the top right where you can choose between one-off and regular delivery.

How can I manage my regular delivery? 

You can make your regular deliveries via this link manage.

Am I bound to a contract for regular delivery?

Your regular deliveries can be cancelled and paused at any time. 

Alternatively, you can order once. After you have selected your dishes or your box, you will find a selection option between one-time and regular in the upper right corner.

How can I suspend my next order?

You can skip your next delivery by clicking "Skip this order" in your account. 

When will my next delivery arrive?

In your user account you will see your next order / debit. 

Delivery takes place 3 days after the debit.

How can I adjust the delivery frequency? 

You can find this function in your user account under the category "Subscription". A little further down, you can click on "Order frequency". Here you can choose between a weekly delivery, every 2, 3 or 4 weeks. 

How can I change my dishes? 

Go to "Subscription" in your user account. Under "Change dishes" you can select new, delicious dishes. 

How can I stop the regular deliveries?

Via this link to access your account.

You can now cancel regular deliveries without any problems via "Edit orders" at the bottom.

What payment options are available?

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Master, Maestro, Visa, American Express), Apple and Google Pay as well as payment on account (Sofort Überweisung and Klarna) for your order. 

If you opt for regular delivery, you can only pay by PayPal or credit card. However, if you place a one-off order, you have the option of paying with Klarna or Sofortüberweisung, Apple and Google Pay. 

Is it possible to purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, the function to purchase this can be found at the bottom left of our homepage under the category "Info".

The vouchers are available in values of €25, €50, €75, €100 and €200 and you will receive them by e-mail.

You can pay them with Mastercard, Visacard, Apple and Amazon Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Fast Shipping and Secure Checkout.

Are your dishes only for private use or also for the office?

Prepmymeal is also available for companies/offices.

To provide their employees with healthy meals in the office, we offer companies the prepmymeal refrigerator. Employees can take a dish from the fridge, pay for it via barcode scan using our app, heat it up in the microwave and enjoy it without any stress.
