Is the Body Challenge suitable for me?

The Body Challenge is suitable for anyone who wants to lose weight but doesn't have the time or inclination to go shopping, cook and, above all, think every day about what to eat today to finally lose weight.
We take care of all that for you and also make sure that it tastes really delicious and that you have plenty of variety!

What does the Body challenge involve?

The BC includes at least three full meals per day. A breakfast and two main meals are planned for each day, which are normally eaten at lunchtime or in the evening. In addition, a small snack is planned (approx. 200-300 calories per day). This snack can be personalized and should make the BC easier to integrate into your everyday life. For example, if you love your cappuccino in the morning or your protein shake after training, then you should be able to maintain these habits.

How are my meals delivered?

The dishes arrive frozen and are shipped with DPD Express. Dry ice and insulation in the box ensure that your dishes are always delivered in perfect condition.

How do I prepare the meals?

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer. You can find more detailed instructions on the packaging of the dishes.

We recommend heating the dishes in the microwave for 8 minutes.

How long can the dishes be kept?

The dishes can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. But they can also be stored in the refrigerator for 5 days.

How much weight can I lose in the Body Challenge?

We always start with a calorie deficit of 500 calories. Usually a BC participant will lose 0.5-1kg per week. It is very important to us that we discuss your progress in the weekly check-ins. If you are losing less or more weight, we will discuss the reason and also adjust your calories or meal plan so that a healthy and sustainable weight loss takes place.
