Questions and answers.

The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer. When frozen, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 7-9 minutes at approx. 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave. In the oven with circulating air in the frozen state at 150 degrees - 30-35 minutes. In the defrosted state in the oven at 150 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

One box is 20cm in diameter and 4cm high.

The dishes will keep for at least 6 months in your freezer.
