The dishes can be kept in the freezer for at least 3 months.
The dishes can be reheated in the microwave, pan, oven or steamer.
When frozen, the dishes are heated in the microwave for about 8-12 minutes at approx. 700W. When defrosted, they only need 3-4 minutes in the microwave.
Bake in a fan oven at 150 degrees when frozen - 30-35 mins. When defrosted, bake at 150 degrees for 25-30 mins.
The dishes can be stored unopened in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
